Episode 9: Denis Blondin. PhD Thermal Physiology

Denis Blondin was an awesome guest and has a wealth of knowledge in the field of physiology. I wanted to get Denis on the show because I don't know about you but I feel like there is some confusion out there when it comes to heart rate training and what roll it still plays in our age of GPS watches and power meters.

Our discussion didn't stop there as we went onto to talk about all kinds of physiology related topics.
